Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Times We currently ship to the United States. Estimated delivery time: 5–8 business days within the United States. All orders are shipped from our US warehouse.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package has not arrived within 15 business days, please contact us at dogsshop.store@dogsshop.store and we will investigate promptly.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free shipping may be available on eligible orders as displayed on the product page.
